• Bring reference photos

• Coloring; Minimal products in hair and no wash 2 days prior to appointment

• Removal of jewelry prior to any hair processing to avoid snagging from combs or brushes

• Wear a hood-less, non turtleneck shirt/sweater. This makes a major difference for a stylist so they are able to cut or color on a flat surface to work on.

• Feel free to ask any questions before or during service.

After your appointment

• Coloring; Avoid washing hair for 72 hours

• Coloring; Reduce washing hair every day, leads to a faster result of hair color fading

• Use recommended high quality shampoo from stylist for desired wants and needs.

• Use heat protectant everyday regardless if you don’t plan on using hot tools.

• DO NOT USE nails to scratch scalp after a chemical processing such as color or perm.

• Perm; Avoid washing hair for 72 hours

• Perm; Silk pillowcase recommended to avoid frizz

• Perm; Recommended shampoo, conditioner, leave in conditioner and mousse will help hydrate and maintain curls
